Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Note on Custom Orders: Because our products are made-to-order and custom-printed specifically for you, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or with manufacturing errors. We cannot accept returns for "buyer's remorse" or incorrect size selection. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing error.

Please note: > 1. Returns must be requested and approved before sending any items back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 2. Return Address: Our products are fulfilled through various centers. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the specific fulfillment center address where the item must be sent. Do not send returns to our billing address.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Since our products are custom-made, we only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged or with manufacturing errors.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Because our products (such as the MMA/Boxing collections) are made-to-order and custom-printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for "buyer's remorse" or incorrect size selection. Please review our size guides carefully before purchasing.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if defective), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact.info@foreignchaos.com
